Rates range from $185-$350 (Rates are subject to change without notice).
When you reserve with us, you are entering into a verbal contract that is somewhat different from a hotel reservation. Hotels overbook on the assumption that guests may not show up. We do not have a huge number of rooms, so in our case if you reserve a room we guarantee you will have accommodations; that means you as a guest guarantee payment subject to the cancellation policy stated below and any terms that are agreed upon over the phone or internet. Each reservation must be guaranteed with advance deposit by check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. One night's deposit is required; for longer stays, one-half of the total reservation. Cancellations require a 14-day notice, and will be subject to a rebooking fee of $25. Within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeit unless the room can be rebooked. Early departures are included in this cancellation policy.
Check-in from 3-6 p.m. Later check-ins require advance arrangement. We do not do very late check-ins to avoid disturbing other guests.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks.
No smoking in the inn or on the grounds.
Well-behaved dogs of a moderate size are allowed in the Forrest Suite.
Well-behaved children are allowed in the Forrest Suite or the Biltmore Suite.
